Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and goal‑oriented Sales Representative to join our team and sell new vehicles. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with customers, demonstrate vehicle features, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers using effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase new vehicle features.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Stay up‑to‑date on new vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and adhere to company sales policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Preferred: Proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
