Job Summary
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrator to manage the warranty claims process for our automotive dealership. The role involves overseeing all warranty claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and communicating with customers and manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in automotive warranty administration, and a passion for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is submitted and deadlines are met.
- Communicate with customers about warranty claims, providing updates and answering questions.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and repairs, including parts and labor costs.
- Work closely with manufacturers to resolve warranty claim disputes or issues.
- Train dealership staff on warranty claim processes and best practices.
- Stay up‑to‑date on manufacturer warranty guidelines and requirements.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in automotive technology or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive warranty administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranties, including different warranty types and coverage levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
