Overview
We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused sales representative to join our team selling pre‑owned vehicles. The ideal candidate loves cars, communicates well, negotiates effectively, and consistently exceeds sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of our product range, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results‑driven with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of automotive technology and trends.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
