We need a Creditors Clerk to support our accounts payable team. The role focuses on processing invoices, handling supplier queries, reconciling statements, and managing payments.

Key Responsibilities
- Process large volumes of invoices accurately.
- Use automated invoice processing tools.
- Manage the invoice workflow from receipt to payment.
- Focus on age analysis and daily reporting.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Load payment batches into SAP and handle EFT payments.
- Maintain GRIR records.
- Resolve complex account queries promptly.
- Build relationships with external and internal suppliers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting or 5+ years of accounts payable experience (preferably in FMCG).
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong accounting background.
- Proficient in Excel.
- High accuracy and ability to handle large volumes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
