About the Role
This learnership will give you hands‑on experience in visual merchandising and sales. You will learn how to help customers place orders, set up attractive displays, and keep products available and visible in stores.
You will report to the Account Developer and work closely with the sales team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores on a daily schedule and meet call objectives.
- Set up visual merchandising displays that follow brand guidelines.
- Rotate stock and maintain product quality and availability.
- Complete the iRED survey and other scorecard tasks.
- Show customers how to place orders on the MyCCBA platform.
- Help run promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Provide relief support when needed, as directed by your line manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%).
- Grade 12 with English and a second language (minimum 40%).
- South African citizen, aged 18‑35.
- Unemployed at the time of appointment.
- No criminal record or adverse credit record.
- Must consent to criminal, ID and qualification verification.
- Driver’s licence is an advantage (may be required for travel).
- Not currently enrolled in another learnership or full‑time studies.
- Must not have completed the same qualification elsewhere.
- Must be able to work six days a week.
- Employment Equity candidate.
- Post‑matric qualification in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
Learnership Details
The programme lasts 12 months. Learners must earn a minimum of 120 credits to qualify for the certification.
