The Position

This fast‑track, rotational graduate program is designed for high‑potential individuals who aspire to future commercial leadership roles. You will gain hands‑on experience across all key business and commercial functions.

Role‑Specific Accountabilities

• Develop and execute brand plans, conduct market analysis, and drive commercial success in therapeutic areas.
• Act as a bridge between science and clinical practice: learn about medical affairs, engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and contribute to medical strategies that align with innovation.
• Build technical expertise in drug approval processes, safety monitoring, clinical development, and operational excellence.
• Master business economics: manage P&L, gain financial insights, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Role‑Specific Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree (minimum NQF Level 7) in a Commercial, Medical, or Science discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience (academic or extracurricular).
• Previous high‑impact internship experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is advantageous.
• Exceptional academic achievement.
• Go‑getter mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
