About the Programme

The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme is a 24‑month enhanced development programme designed to recruit bachelor’s degree or BTech graduates who show potential for leadership roles. Participants will rotate through various disciplines and receive structured learning to prepare them for key positions within the organisation.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduates (3rd or 4th year) with a bachelor’s or BTech degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Academic average of at least 65 %.
  • Citizen of South Africa with work authorization.
  • Strong ambition, self‑motivation and a desire to build a career in FMCG.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Geographical mobility – willing to relocate during the programme.
  • No full‑time work in the field of study for more than one year (excluding workplace experience).

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • High levels of ambition and self‑motivation.
  • Leadership and team‑working capabilities.
  • Potential for high achievement and innovation.
  • Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution.
  • Work authorization in South Africa.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
