• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Able to work quickly and safely.
• Good communication skills.
• Can use simple arithmetic, follow directions, remember orders, read, and write.
• Team player.
• Stamina to work 45-50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate.
