About the Programme

The FNB Graduate Team is looking for engineering and IT/Computer Science graduates who want to work in a dynamic environment that turns the seemingly impossible into reality. If you are in your final year of study or have recently completed a postgraduate degree, we invite you to apply for the FNB Engineering & Technology Graduate Programme.

All roles in this programme are permanent positions. Graduates will join specific business units across our retail and commercial banking segments. You will work in teams that design, develop, test, implement and manage end‑to‑end technology solutions. Your work will directly impact business operations, customer experience and the culture of our bank.

As a graduate you will receive full‑time employment, monthly training sessions and an action‑learning project as part of the graduate development programme.

Requirements

• Strong academic results (academic transcript required).
• Currently completing the final year of a relevant university programme, especially in technology or engineering.
• Strong coding aptitude, analytical thinking, conceptual and problem‑solving skills.
