Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller with a background in the hotel industry. The role is based at our hotel in Broederstroom.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring inventory levels of guest supplies, operational equipment, food and beverages.
Conducting stock reconciliations and identifying problem areas.
Reporting on discrepancies and margins.
Ensuring proper stock rotation and storage conditions.
Maintaining quality standards for all stock.
Paying close attention to detail.

• Minimum mid‑senior level experience in stock control within the hospitality sector.

• Strong organisational and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
