About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to support engineering activities across production, investigation, MRP implementation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Production support – Find and read drawings, link issues to relevant parts, and make reasonable judgments about likely offenders.
• Analyze production team inputs, use drawing assembly knowledge and logical thinking to ask correct questions and drive investigations.
• Investigative support – Sort problems, align investigations, use tools (Ishikawa, FTA, Excel) to identify root causes.
• MRP support for Oracle implementation – Navigate Oracle, understand process flow, find issues, manage uploads, revisions, drawings.
• Documentation support – Create and update maintenance manuals and other documentation.
• Safety, quality, and productivity improvements – Investigations and general support.
• Ad hoc duties – Track progress on changes, support HTS requests, occasional offsite work, local travel as required.

Qualifications

Education: 3 years tertiary qualification in Engineering (Degree or Diploma).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in manufacturing and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of operational functions and cross‑functional interdependencies.
