About the Role
Outsurance is offering a 12‑month structured learnership program designed to give unemployed youth valuable work experience in a call centre environment. This is not a permanent employment contract; instead, participants will receive a stipend while gaining practical skills that can help them pursue a career in the financial and insurance industry.

Qualifications
- Valid matric certificate.

Eligibility for INSETA Learnership
- South African citizen.
- Not previously on a learnership.
- Age between 18 and 35.
- Unemployed for the last 6 months.
