Job Purpose
Help clients apply for credit loans and ensure all applications meet regulatory and policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers.
- Meet monthly collections targets by following company procedures and following up on loan instalments.
- Accurately update and maintain records and keep branch housekeeping standards tidy and timely.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
Competency and Qualification Requirements
- Minimum: Grade 12
- Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF Level 3)
- At least 2 years of experience in the micro‑finance industry
- Mathematical literacy
Preferred Candidates
Preference will be given to equity candidates: African Male, White Male, White Female.
