Position Summary
Assist the executive chef in running the kitchen, handling administrative and operational tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce food.
- Control stock levels.
- Perform administrative duties and implement ISO standards.
- Provide customer service.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: National Diploma or National N Diploma in Catering Management/Hospitality and Catering Services/Hotel School at NQF6 with 240 credits.
- Experience: No experience required.
