Job Description

Motus Toyota Parktown is looking for a Sales Representative: Parts to join our team. The role reports to the Manager: Parts and focuses on customer satisfaction, maintaining and growing our customer base, and selling parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve parts sales targets through effective marketing.
• Grow market share within your area of responsibility.
• Keep existing customers happy and loyal.
• Follow the company discount policy at all times.
• Communicate market opportunities to management and other departments.
• Handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
• Introduce customers to new policies and promotions.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and dealership staff.
• Document and record all returned parts accurately.
• Keep company assets in good condition.
• Collaborate with all staff to support dealership goals.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Manager.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Report and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Complete all documentation on time and accurately.
• Operate part exchange, replacement, and reconditioned item schemes according to company policy.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

• Experience selling parts at a counter is essential.
• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• Clear credit record.
• Experience selling Toyota panel parts is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Strong customer service skills.
