About the role
iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, with over 41 stores across the continent. We provide expert advice, Apple authorised repairs, business and education support, and technical assistance for all Apple products.
We are looking for a tech‑savvy, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Consultant. In this role you will help customers experience the latest Apple technology, understand their needs, and recommend the right solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Showcase Apple products and services, providing hands‑on demonstrations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new releases.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming store environment.
Requirements
- Completed Matric / Senior Certificate.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for Apple products and a strong desire to learn.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
