About the role

iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, with more than 41 stores across the continent. We provide expert advice, Apple‑authorised repairs, business, education, training and technical support for all Apple products.

We are looking for a tech‑savvy, retail‑oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Sales Consultant.

In this role you will:

• Maximise sales opportunities in the store.
• Show customers hands‑on experience with the latest Apple products and services.
• Approach and engage customers proactively to understand their needs.
• Present complete solutions and create memorable experiences.
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.

Minimum requirements

• Completed Matric / National Senior Certificate.
• Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or strong product knowledge.
• Passion and knowledge of Apple products.
