About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Operator to help recruit new students for Rosebank College. The role involves cold calling, database management, and telephonic consultations to promote the college and guide prospective students through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to potential students and their families.
- Review existing student databases and contact current students for referrals.
- Reach out to parents of current students to discuss sibling enrolment.
- Re‑engage inactive students from the database.
- Conduct telephonic consultations with prospective students.
- Introduce the Rosebank College brand and philosophy.
- Explain the application process and deadlines.
- Capture student details in the database.
- Answer questions and address concerns.
- Build rapport and guide prospects through the interview process.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (NQF Level 4) – required.
- Sales qualification – preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
