Job Overview
Tectra Automation is looking for a Workshop Assistant to join the Hubb team. The role is both technical and physically demanding, requiring the ability to move heavy materials. You will support workshop activities such as preparing workspaces, moving components, and assisting with test benches.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in the hydraulic field or a related area
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Medically fit for the role
- Willingness to work overtime
- Must live locally (non-negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cleaning and stripping components
- Help with packing and moving materials or components
- Support test bench operations when required
- Perform any other tasks as directed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-equipped work areas
- Follow instructions to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Report any unsafe conditions to supervisors
