About the Job
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to help keep our store running smoothly. No previous experience is required – we will train you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to every customer.
- Handle sales transactions using cash, credit, or checks.
- Assist with product tickets and paperwork when items arrive.
- Help move stock from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed.
- Set up and maintain product displays.
- Learn and use our point‑of‑sale system.
- Use selling techniques to increase sales.
- Greet customers at the front door during busy times.
- Keep the store clean and tidy.
- Protect company assets and report any suspicious activity.
- Participate in in‑store or online training to learn product knowledge.
- Use Power BI tools to understand store performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Good communication and a positive attitude.
- Ability to use your own initiative.
- Flexible – able to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Adaptable to changing tasks and situations.
- Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not required.

- 0–1 year of retail experience.
