Job Summary

Drive sales effectiveness and product penetration by supporting branch teams through training, performance tracking, campaign support, and leadership engagement. Position the Sales Enablement unit as a trusted, high‑impact service provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of Absa Life Insurance products.
  • Own and drive the sales enablement process for the branch.
  • Update branch sales figures daily to prepare accurate huddle reports.
  • Attend and support sales and service campaigns, including telethons.
  • Achieve sales lead targets through proactive customer engagement.
  • Train sales consultants and frontline staff on new and existing products.
  • Identify gaps in sales processes and propose practical, innovative solutions.
  • Conduct one‑on‑one sales discussions with branch leadership to drive performance.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Business, Commerce or Management Studies (required).
  • Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s licence (travel is essential).
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
