Program Overview
VKB Fuels is offering a Service Station Attendant Learnership designed specifically for unemployed youth and first-time job seekers. This program provides a structured training environment where you can gain practical workplace skills and work toward a formal qualification in the fuel retail industry.
What You Will Learn
As a learner at VKB Fuels, you will receive hands-on training and experience in the following areas:
- Providing excellent customer service at a fuel forecourt.
- Safe fuel dispensing and handling procedures.
- Processing point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling.
- Stock management and retail operations.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Effective customer engagement and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Must be currently unemployed youth.
- A desire to learn and grow within the retail and fuel industry.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing great service.
