Job Purpose

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Production Learnership Program based in Brits. Reporting to the Production Foreman, you will learn to assemble tyres according to safety regulations and quality standards. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments on equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area (3S standards).
Check that all controls on the building machine are functioning correctly.
Manage materials by removing empty spools, rolls, and trolleys from the machine.
Return empty containers to the components section.
Transport raw tyre covers to storage bays.
Supply necessary solutions to the machinery.
Work effectively within a team to meet production targets and program goals.

Requirements

Education:

Minimum of Grade 12 or an N3 Certificate.
Must have passed Pure Mathematics and/or Physical Science.
