Role Purpose
As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your main goal is to welcome customers, manage the flow of the branch, and provide a high level of service. You will assist clients at ATMs and help them use our self-service and remote banking channels. This role is designed to help you gain the knowledge and skills needed for a career in service consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and ensure they are assisted quickly and efficiently.
- Manage branch queues to keep the flow smooth and organized.
- Help clients use ATMs and other self-service banking tools.
- Provide excellent customer service that reflects the Capitec brand.
- Learn and apply internal business processes and product knowledge.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Certificate.
- No previous experience is required, but you must have a valid Matric certificate.
Ideal Candidate:
- Some experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
- A basic understanding of how bank branches operate.
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and services.
Skills and Competencies
- Communication: Ability to speak clearly and interact professionally with others.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work well within a team.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
