Role Purpose
As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will coordinate the flow of the branch, manage queues efficiently, and assist clients at the ATM. You will also help customers use our remote and self-service banking channels. This role is a great opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience needed to become a service consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide professional service.
- Manage branch traffic and queue times.
- Assist clients with ATM transactions and self-service banking.
- Gain skills and experience in banking and service consulting.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Certificate.
- Experience: No previous experience is required, though some experience in a retail or financial environment is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic math and calculation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to engage comfortably with different types of people.
