Role Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our learnership pipeline. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage the flow of the branch, provide excellent customer service, and help clients use our ATMs and self-service banking tools. This is a great opportunity to gain the skills and experience needed for a career in service consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and ensure the branch queue moves efficiently.
- Help clients use ATMs and other remote banking channels.
- Provide friendly and professional service to every visitor.
- Learn the daily operations and business processes of a Capitec branch.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational qualification.
- Experience: No previous experience is required, but experience in retail or banking is a plus.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage comfortably with people.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Personal Attributes: You should be ambitious, keen to learn, and have basic math skills.
