Purpose of the Role
As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your goal is to coordinate the flow of the branch, assist clients at ATMs, and help them use our self-service banking channels. This learnership is designed to give you the knowledge and experience needed to grow into a professional service consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and assist them with their needs.
- Manage branch queues to ensure efficient service.
- Assist clients with ATM transactions and remote banking tools.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Gain the necessary skills and experience to advance in the banking sector.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Certificate.
- No previous experience is required, but you must be ambitious and eager to learn.
Ideal Candidate:
- Some experience in retail, finance, or a banking environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank’s products and internal processes.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Basic calculation and math skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Clear personal goals and a positive attitude.
