About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Internal Sales and Administration Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at balancing customer service with efficient office management. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with customers to process transactions and meet sales targets.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products to better serve clients.
  • Sales Administration: Handle essential documentation, including credit notes, back-order reports, and sales performance data.
  • Account Management: Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on pending payments.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate and oversee deliveries to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with stock management tasks such as cycle counts, stock takes, and processing Goods Received Notes (GRNs).

Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. A qualification in sales, business, or administration is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales is required. Experience specifically within the ceiling and partition industry is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Must be fully proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Work Style: A self-motivated professional who works well independently and as part of a team.
