Admin Assistant
The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) was established to regulate community schemes and ensure good governance across the sector. We are looking for a professional and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Centurion, Gauteng.
Role Overview
The Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the Executive. This role involves managing office operations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient communication within the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing correspondence to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, presentations, and general office documents.
- Handle daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize staff meetings and work sessions, including all logistical arrangements.
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings for the Executive in line with company policy.
- Provide general management support to the Executive.
Requirements
- A Secretarial Diploma, Office Administration Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
- Grade 12 certificate with secretarial training and proficiency in MS Office.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role supporting senior managers or executives.
- Strong knowledge of office organization, records management, and administrative practices.
- A basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
