Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Assistant Vice President to lead Customer Experience (CX) transformation. In this role, you will design and implement digital roadmaps using automation, AI, and data analytics. You will work closely with senior leadership and global clients to turn business challenges into efficient, technology-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation projects using AI, machine learning, and automation tools.
- Design business strategies to fix operational bottlenecks and improve customer service.
- Build strong business cases for new initiatives and secure approval from stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including consultants and engineers.
- Partner with IT and Operations to ensure all digital programs are executed successfully.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and market trends.
- Manage relationships with CXO-level client executives and external technology partners.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 15 years of total experience in business transformation or consulting.
- Leadership: Minimum of 10 years leading large-scale digital programs.
- Global Exposure: Experience working in at least two different international regions (e.g., South Africa, India, or Philippines).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI-driven CX solutions, RPA, OCR, and process re-engineering.
- Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or Prince2 certifications are highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to think strategically and align projects with business goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-level meetings.
- Proven ability to manage change in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in financial modeling and tracking performance KPIs.
- A consultative approach to solving complex problems.
