Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A recognized three-year qualification (NQF Level 6) in a Built Environment discipline.
- At least four years of relevant experience at an Assistant Director level (or equivalent) in school infrastructure project monitoring.
- In-depth knowledge of the Division of Revenue Act (DORA), grant frameworks, and built environment legislation.
- Proven ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in organizing and leading groups of professionals within the built environment sector.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
