Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Administrative Officer to join the School Infrastructure Monitoring team. This role is essential for overseeing school building projects and ensuring they comply with national standards and legislation.
Requirements
- Education: A three-year post-matric qualification (NQF level 6) in the built environment or a relevant equivalent field.
- Experience: At least two years of working experience specifically within a school infrastructure environment.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Division of Revenue Act (DORA), grant frameworks, and legislation related to the built environment.
- Licensing: A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite for this position.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Personal Attributes: The ability to work independently under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
