Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A recognized undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Operations Management, Computer Science, or Informatics.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience within an Operations Management or System Support environment.
- Specific experience must include two (2) years in a functional role and two (2) years at a practitioner level.
Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Director, your primary duties will include:
- System Management: Oversee operational applications to ensure all systems remain accessible, effective, and efficient.
- Contract Support: Provide support in managing contracts and relationships with external service providers and suppliers.
- Operational Coordination: Manage and coordinate various applications used within business operations.
- Resource Management: Oversee the sub-directorate’s resources, including financial budgets, human resources, and equipment or assets.
