Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• An AET Level 4 qualification (Grade 9) up to Grade 12.
• At least six months of experience in a professional cleaning environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and take initiative.
• Must be honest, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
• Physical fitness to handle the manual demands of the job.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility. Duties include:

• Cleaning interior and exterior areas, including offices, consulting rooms, passages, waiting areas, toilets, and showers.
• Mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
• High dusting of walls and surfaces.
• Cleaning windows, stairs, lifts, and fire escapes.
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene by cleaning cupboards, microwaves, and fridges.
• Assisting with laundry duties and cleaning up spillages immediately.
• Disinfecting surfaces and equipment to prevent the spread of infection.
• Removing general and medical waste according to safety guidelines.
• Serving meals to patients and washing utensils.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
