Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is passionate about fashion and retail. In this role, you will ensure our customers have a pleasant shopping experience by providing excellent service, maintaining stock levels, and keeping the store looking its best.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
- Process customer purchases accurately through the till.
- Assist customers with product selection to help increase sales.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and organized.
- Maintain correct pricing, ticketing, and visual displays.
- Support the store manager with daily operational duties.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Help implement plans to minimize stock loss.
