Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Public Administration or Management (NQF Level 6).
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative environment.
Core Competencies and Skills
We are looking for a professional with the following knowledge and skills:
- Familiarity with filing systems, record management, and job evaluation processes.
- Knowledge of LOGIS and general administrative activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Proven ability in report and memoranda writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining both manual and electronic records for the Organisational Design and Job Evaluation unit.
- Handling all correspondence within the unit and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Managing logistical arrangements for the unit.
- Providing professional secretariat services to the Provincial Job Evaluation Panel.
