Position: Assistant Director: Researcher (Infrastructure)

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Studies, Town and Regional Planning, or a related field.
  • Preferred Education: A post-graduate degree (NQF Level 8) in Built Environment qualifications is an added advantage.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of relevant experience in research, policy development, or service delivery analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and a willingness to work beyond standard office hours when required.
