We are currently looking for a qualified Professional Nurse to join our team at Siyabuswa CHC.
Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- A Diploma or Degree in General Nursing accredited by the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care according to the standards and scope of practice set by the health facility.
- Maintain high-quality nursing standards and participate in the implementation of National Core Standards and the Ideal Hospital Framework.
- Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and other medical professionals, including completing necessary reports.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Work cooperatively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Organize your own tasks and supervise support staff to ensure smooth operations in the unit.
- Show genuine care for patients by advocating for their needs and following “Batho Pele” (People First) principles.
- Manage the resources and equipment allocated to your unit efficiently.
