Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on employee benefits, healthcare administration, and client services. Your daily tasks will include:
- Advising individual and group clients on medical aids, medical insurance, and gap cover.
- Assisting clients with application processes and resolving service queries.
- Ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date in our CRM system.
- Preparing and delivering client presentations for year-end reviews and other meetings.
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing leads to other service lines.
- Staying informed about changes and updates from healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Education: A completed Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Administration, Business Management, Investment Planning, Risk Management, or Economics).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience within the healthcare or financial services industry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in administrative tasks and general office technology.
