We are currently seeking a Professional Nurse for the Tweefontein “G” Community Health Centre (CHC).

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- A Basic qualification accredited with the South African Nursing Council (SANC), such as a Diploma or Degree in General Nursing.
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
As a Professional Nurse, your duties will include:
- Providing clinical nursing care according to the official scope of practice and nursing standards.
- Ensuring high-quality care by following the National Core Standards and the Ideal Hospital Realization Framework.
- Communicating effectively with patients, supervisors, and other medical staff, including writing reports when necessary.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide the best possible patient outcomes.
- Working cooperatively with people from all backgrounds and cultures.
- Planning and organizing your own work and supervising support staff to ensure proper care.
- Advocating for patients and following “Batho Pele” principles (putting people first) to respond to patient needs and expectations.
- Managing the resources allocated to your unit efficiently.
