The Mpumalanga Department of Health is looking for a dedicated Professional Nurse to join our team at the Kwaggafontein “A” Clinic. Requirements
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- A Diploma or Degree in General Nursing.
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care according to established standards and nursing practices.
- Promote high-quality patient care and help implement national health standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Write clear reports and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Work professionally and respectfully with people from all backgrounds.
- Plan and organize your work and supervise support staff to ensure excellent patient care.
- Show care and respect for patients by following Batho-Pele principles (putting people first).
- Manage the resources and equipment assigned to your unit efficiently.
