We provide high-quality, patient-centered care through a professional and skilled team. We are currently looking for a qualified Professional Nurse to join our team at the Beatty Clinic.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate).
- A Diploma or Degree in General Nursing (Basic qualification accredited by SANC).
- Current and valid registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care according to the professional scope of practice and nursing standards.
- Maintain high-quality care by following the National Core Standards and the Ideal Hospital Realization Framework.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, supervisors, and other healthcare team members.
- Draft and submit clinical reports when necessary.
- Work cooperatively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Show respect and empathy toward patients from all backgrounds and cultures.
- Apply the “Batho Pele” principles by putting patients first and advocating for their needs.
- Plan and organize your daily tasks and supervise support personnel effectively.
- Manage and protect the resources allocated to your unit.
