The Building Company is a leading building material division of Pepkor, operating across Southern Africa. We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Driver to join our BUCO team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transport of goods and providing excellent service to our customers. Your duties will include:

• Delivering goods safely and on time.
• Ensuring the vehicle is packed neatly and securely.
• Taking care to prevent any damages or breakages.
• Assisting with and supervising the loading process.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Keeping the vehicle well-maintained and helping to reduce running costs.
• Ensuring all delivery notes are signed and authorized.
• Collecting COD (Cash on Delivery) payments accurately.
• Providing professional customer service and representing company values.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A valid Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• A valid Code 10 (HV) or Code 8 (LV) driver’s license (suitable for 9,001kg to 16,000kg vehicles).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar driving role.
