Role Description
Novus Print is looking for a reliable Forklift Driver to join our Buying and Stores department in Paarden Eiland. Reporting to the Storeman, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing stock while maintaining the highest safety standards in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and distribute stock following company procedures.
- Operate and maintain forklift and clamp machines safely.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Follow all health and safety regulations (SOPs).
- Assist with general housekeeping and departmental tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Licenses: Valid Forklift/Clamp licenses, including Code 01 / A (Counterbalance) and Code 02 / C (Clamps).
- Technical Skills: Experience operating moving equipment and handheld scanners.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination and a good sense of balance.
- High attention to detail to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good judgment regarding weights, distances, and heights.
