Job Opportunity: Forklift Driver

Novus Holdings is one of South Africa’s leading commercial printing and manufacturing companies. We are currently looking for a diligent and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our Bindery Department at Novus Print in Montague Gardens. In this role, you will report to the Shift Leader and ensure that production materials are moved and loaded safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety checks on forklift equipment.
• Receive, transport, and load production materials according to company procedures.
• Report any equipment faults or maintenance needs to the Supervisor immediately.
• Follow all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards to ensure an accident-free environment.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
• Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and work standards.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment is preferred.
• Certification: Must hold a valid Forklift Driver’s license.
