Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist management with daily store operations and focus on the following areas:

• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Providing superior customer service and professional assistance to shoppers.
• Maintaining store appearance through effective merchandise replenishment and housekeeping.
• Ensuring correct administration for stock rooms, mark-downs, and lay-bys.
• Protecting company assets, including stock, cash, and equipment.
• Implementing company policies and department layouts effectively.

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and traits:

• A valid Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer literacy.
• The ability to work well within a team and plan daily tasks effectively.
• High levels of integrity and the initiative to solve problems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
