Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Investigator, you will play a vital role in upholding competition law. Your main duties will include:

  • Investigating and prosecuting illegal business practices and anti-competitive conduct.
  • Managing the Commission’s Corporate Leniency Policy.
  • Writing and presenting detailed investigation reports and legal pleadings.
  • Leading and managing multidisciplinary investigation and prosecution teams.
  • Assisting with the administration and strategic planning of the Division.
  • Collecting and analyzing complex information to support legal cases.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking professional who meets the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in complex investigations or legal prosecutions.
  • Previous experience specifically in competition law is a significant advantage.
  • Strong ability to lead teams and work independently on difficult cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in tactical and strategic information analysis.
