HomeChoice is a leading retailer in South Africa specializing in quality homeware and electronics. For 40 years, we have helped our customers create beautiful homes with products they can afford. We are looking for a dedicated Admin Associate to join our team in Oudtshoorn, Western Cape.
The Role
As an Admin Associate, you will handle daily administrative tasks, assist customers with their queries, and process purchases and returns. You will also play a key role in managing stock and ensuring the store remains organized and professional.
What You Will Do
- Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Guide customers through the shopping journey, including opening accounts and processing orders.
- Manage daily stock levels and inventory to ensure the store runs smoothly.
- Handle product returns and update all necessary documentation.
- Complete daily administration, reporting, and paperwork.
- Maintain store displays and ensure the shop is clean and tidy.
- Help with sales and store promotions when needed.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration.
- Must be fit and proper in terms of the FAIS Act.
