Minimum Requirements
- A Grade 12 certificate (Matric / NQF Level 4) or an equivalent qualification.
- No previous work experience is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director. Primary duties include:
- Diary & Communication: Manage the Director’s schedule, record appointments, and handle incoming telephone calls.
- Documentation: Type and draft official letters, reports, and memorandums.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, book venues, and organize refreshments.
- Travel & Finance: Process travel and subsistence claims and manage the procurement of office stationery and supplies.
- Administration: Maintain an efficient filing system, operate office equipment, and manage staff leave registers and telephone accounts.
- Visitor Support: Welcome visitors and provide hospitality as required.
