Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A three-year degree in Labour Relations, BCom Law, or LLB.
• Management Experience: At least two years of experience in a management role.
• Functional Experience: At least three years of experience in labour relations or inspection enforcement.

Key Knowledge Areas

Candidates should have a strong understanding of:

• Public service management and transformation issues.
• The Public Service Act and relevant regulations.
• Departmental policies and corporate governance.
• The Batho Pele Principles (Service Delivery Excellence).
• How to turn policy into practical action.
